Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support for a prominent reputed company payments company, addressing inquiries reputed company to medical payment processing, statement inquiries, and other customer support needs.
