Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company clients and new prospects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing reputed company trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
- Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
- Returning reputed company phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements

Compensation
