Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a Florida-based group practice dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. The role is designed for early-career clinicians to provide psychotherapy while receiving reputed company supervision and support to build their caseload and skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
- Manage time effectively and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program
- Eligible for registration as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
- Availability for at least two in-office afternoons or evenings per week (typically 3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for telehealth sessions
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload and actively progressing toward licensure
- Experience in outpatient or community-based mental health settings
- Comfort managing a therapy caseload and maintaining client relationships
