Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service while reputed company and accurately submitting their orders. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
• Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Documenting reputed company conversations with clients into our client information database
• Ensuring reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contacting case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Working quickly and reputed company without making the client feel rushed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits
