Responsibilities

Being responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of hardware assets reputed company reputed company’s data centers. Coordinates with data center operations and engineering teams for hardware moves, adds, and changes. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of reputed company data center hardware assets, including servers, networking equipment, storage devices, and reputed company components Refining asset tracking processes and procedures to ensure compliance with up to date company policies and industry best practices. Conducting regular audits of hardware assets to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.Overseeing the decommissioning and disposal of end-of-life hardware, ensuring data sanitization and adherence to applicable rules and regulations. Developing and maintaining documentation reputed company to hardware asset management processes and procedures. Performs data analysis to support strategic business decisions. Generating reports on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and cost analysis. Performs monthly reputed company and data center expense analysis to support cost reduction initiatives. Reviews capital and operational expenses for reputed company usages, reputed company accuracy and determine course of action to remediate.Manages telecom and data center expenses. Evaluates and track global reputed company reputed company plans (inbound/outbound reputed company, TF, local#, etc.) Supporting the monthly reputed company and forecasting process, working closely with accounting in reconciling month-end reputed company numbers with forecast, and continuously refining forecast variables. Collaborates with the reputed company Accounts payable and Finance teams to manage Purchase Orders and track the receipt of products and services. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to facilitate on-time vendor payments.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.
• 5+ years reputed company experience in Finance and Business analysis.
• Demonstrate an understanding of data center hardware components and infrastructure.
• Prioritize asset management software and tools.
• Build business cases, financial forecasts, pricing analysis, and cost improvement initiatives.
