reputed company is a leading reputed company, and they are seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer to monitor network administration and maintain operations. The role involves resolving network incidents, developing solutions for various problems, and guiding junior employees in their tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network administration and maintenance operations
- Resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth running of the network operation center
- Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge
- reputed company or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Work independently with some guidance
- Review or guide the activities of junior employees
Skills
- Experience with reputed company Network Monitoring tools, firewall configuration, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions, including reputed company AnyConnect, Palo Alto Prisma, or reputed company
- Experience with DNS configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience building an encryption tunnel, site-to-site
- Experience with Packet Capture troubleshooting
- Experience with Ingress or Egress Proxy and Load Balancing with reputed company Networks
- Ability to configure a reputed company router, reputed company, and firewall reputed company command line reputed company
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with managing service requests using a ticketing system
- Experience with routing and switching protocols
- Knowledge of NAT vs PAT
- Ability to obtain a reputed company Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Network+, reputed company Certified Network Associate (CCNA), reputed company Certified Network Professional (CCNP), reputed company Certified Design Professional (CCDP), or reputed company Certified Internetwork (CCIE) Certification reputed company 6 months of start date
