[Remote] Support Application Developer

In this role, you will be working with our programming team and project personnel in the development, testing, and implementation of our business process automation solutions, as well as providing development support to our customers post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Full stack development with JavaScript using Node.js and Backbone.js frameworks
- Modify data and update database structures for an SQL type database
- Review and complete assigned tickets while managing feedback reputed company as needed
- Utilize troubleshooting skills while providing technical support to customers reputed company email and phone
- Ensure customer requests are acknowledged and resolved reputed company SLA’s
- Debug reported issues reputed company the application while testing and verifying changes

Skills
- Graduate of a university or college computer science program
- Experience with full-stack JavaScript development with a focus on Node.js and Express
- Development experience in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Strong basis in building web applications using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience working with end users/ customers directly
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a superior command in English
- Eager to constantly learn and apply new technologies
- Experience with NGINX, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, PostgreSQL, reputed company, ElasticSearch, Mocha and Git
- Portfolio, demos or published JavaScript code on reputed company
