Job Description

Summary Regional Manager (sales & operations) - Climate Control reputed company’s Regional Manager equips reputed company for reputed company through leadership that empowers team members to reputed company it happen for our customers. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency reputed company assigned territory by developing business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability, engage and motivate employees, ensure employees are in the right positions, provide sales leadership and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities: OPERATIONS:

• Strategically design and implement operational and sales-driven excellence to deliver business results

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing on the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience.
• Should be extremely competent across reputed company product lines including product specification and technical design of projects and applications.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
