Analyst II, Finance

First National Bank of Omaha is dedicated to the reputed company of its employees and is seeking an Analyst II, Finance to support reputed company and financial reporting. This role involves partnering with business unit managers to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reputed company financial analysis to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a proven track record in retrieving data from multiple sources and reputed company to effectively utilize/analyze this data and display it in a meaningful way to management
• reputed company, prepare, and improve financial reporting to assist in the ongoing management and evaluation of the business
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly reporting, supporting processes and variance analysis
• reputed company processes and reporting that include vendor payments, T&E processing, GL account reconciliation, and journal entries
• Work with business unit managers for analysis of business and business products, preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Demonstrates adaptability in adjusting analysis, reporting, and forecasting to accommodate the changing business dynamics/products
• Demonstrates ability to work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and improve efficiencies
• Continuously identify opportunities for increased efficiency/accuracy
• Identify other areas to reputed company information

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of financial analyst experience
• 1–3 years budget/forecasting experience
• Ability to work in large and reputed company sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven track record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic
• Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy
• Compliance: Understand and reputed company with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Products (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), and reputed company required
• Analytical experience and/or aptitude
• Ability to work with large amounts of data highly desired
• Interest in financial services and reputed company banking
• Experience with PowerBI, Business Objects, Access or other reporting tools
