Planning Associate

Milestone Financial Planning, LLC is a fiduciary and B-Corporation focused on making a difference in people’s lives through comprehensive financial and retirement planning services. The Planning Associate will support Senior Advisors by handling tax projections, creating financial plans, and assisting with client meetings to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Handling tax projections and creating comprehensive financial plans for both existing and new clients
• Playing a pivotal role in tax preparation during tax season, ensuring clients’ financial affairs are in order
• Familiarizing yourself with streamlined systems for reviewing and trading client accounts
• Making valuable financial planning recommendations
• Conducting research on reputed company financial planning issues for clients
• Assisting in evaluating Roth conversion and other planning strategies
• Helping Senior Advisors prepare for client meetings and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• reputed company to work independently and stay productive; self-driven
• 0-3 years of financial planning or tax experience
• Prior experience with any of our technology is helpful: RightCapital, Advyzon, Eclipse, Holistiplan, Lacerte Tax, Office 365 / SharePoint / Teams
