[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will drive reputed company growth in the San Francisco Bay Area by managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with Territory Sales Managers to reputed company sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company growth reputed company the San Francisco Bay Area territory by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to ensure alignment on regional sales strategies, account priorities, and pipeline development
- Maintain and expand customer relationships through proactive communication, product education, and tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and reputed company business reputed company
- Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and reputed company strategic partnerships with key customers and reputed company internal resources, reputed company necessary, to reputed company the highest level of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science reputed company discipline or reputed company field required OR Master's degree in a life science field
- Previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales environment
- 1+ years of Life Science sales experience (remote or in-person)
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, SynBio,...)
- Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (reputed company)
- Molecular Biology or similar lab experience
