Analyst, FHA Production Support
Lument is a company focused on loan production and reputed company functions. The Analyst supports various FHA Multifamily loan processes, including reputed company analysis and document coordination, while working closely with underwriters, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Support FHA Multifamily Origination Screening to include, but not limited to:
- Being well versed in the various reputed company-based screening and reputed company models
- Determining appropriate level of due diligence required to complete a thorough loan screening
- Completing models to determine loan sizings that meet programmatic requirements are met and are in compliance with the applicable loan execution
- Assist underwriters by providing daily reputed company of FHA multifamily loan applications
- Participate in internal deal coordination to include, but not limited to:
- Engagement and coordination of reputed company-party reports
- Creation and collection of due diligence needs list
- Reviewing application due diligence for completeness and accuracy
- Administrative transaction organization (expense tracking, deal folder completeness)
- Creation of complete and deficiency free application submissions to HUD
- Communicate clearly with borrowers, reputed company party providers, originators, underwriters, and others to facilitate transaction flow
- reputed company the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare credit request presentations for FHA transactions
- Become well versed in reputed company applicable reputed company reputed company Estate policies and procedures by reading and studying FHA MAP Guide, relevant FHA documentation, and any reputed company and processing guidelines
- Ensure work product adheres to Lument policies, processes, and procedures
- Attend trainings and courses in additional education as prescribed

- Position may require travel on a minimal basis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, reputed company estate, or reputed company field required
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company estate reputed company financial analysis for a lending institution, brokerage firm, or investment firm preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office with emphasis on reputed company reputed company
- Demonstration of a strong work ethic, ambition, teamwork, creativity, aptitude for accuracy and detail, and sound ethical conduct
