[Remote] Technical Implementation Engineer I

The Technical Implementation Engineer role is primarily responsible for implementing and supporting Alkami’s software products, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, customize and resolve reputed company technical issues reputed company to the ORB platform
• Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency

• Assists in mentoring junior level team members
• Go-to person for a wide range of problem complexities and areas

• Solid understanding of core banking systems
• Ability to handle core conversions

Skills

• 1-2+ years T-SQL Experience
• 0-1+ years .NET reputed company, C#
• 0-1+ years ASP.NET MVC 3/4/5
• 1-2+ years general development experience
• 1-2 years experience with banking cores (reputed company, reputed company or Jack Henry)
• Powershell or other scripting language experience
• Previous experience in implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability
• Core Banking System or Treasury management knowledge
• Familiarity with reputed company deposits
