Financial Analyst (Associate and reputed company)

reputed company is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate or reputed company Financial Analyst to join their Finance Analysis Center of Excellence. The role involves conducting financial analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to support strategic business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, manipulate and document reputed company data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools
• reputed company performance reports
• Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
• reputed company recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
• reputed company, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, in some cases leverages earned value management practices, and support variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
• Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative reputed company for cross-business/Center of Excellence (COE) engagements
• Partner with reputed company&S, Corporate Functions, or reputed company Services facing functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to reputed company guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations
• Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness
• Train and mentor junior analysts
• Complete peer reviews
• Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in a business-reputed company function (including but not limited to: Finance, reputed company, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
• 1+ years of work experience with the reputed company reputed company application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• 1+ years of experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced, reputed company, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or reputed company Power BI)
