The reputed company Cycle Business Intelligence reputed company Analyst will supervise the Analytics team in designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, while ensuring data reputed company and supporting operational improvement across reputed company cycle functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises responsibilities of the Analytics team to design, reputed company and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that effectively tell the story of the data and reputed company anomalies in a manner that can be easily understood and acted upon
• Mentors and collaborates with Business Intelligence Analysts in the development, implementation, validation, and monitoring of large reputed company systems
• Monitors and tracks visualizations relaying key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the reputed company Cycle operational team and reputed company Cycle and System SMEs team
• Flags data or analytics limitations, employs critical thinking and creative problem solving to address barriers, and escalates issues to leadership reputed company appropriate
• Supervises responsibilities of the Analytics team to identify key data needs, define data sources, create a data plan, prepare specifications, and document reputed company
• Supervises responsibilities of the Analytics team to reputed company data mining, queries, and extractions in collaboration with IT, as appropriate, to acquire, aggregate, cleanse, organize, and manage large reputed company datasets from multiple sources
• Quantifies financial and non-financial performance impacts, applies independent reputed company validation, and ensures the reputed company of information in accordance with quality audit standards
• Works together with BI Analysts to prepare effective presentations and articulately communicate findings and results
• Leads debugging and maintenance of existing reports, scorecards, and dashboards on an ongoing reputed company, supporting adjustments based on reputed company Cycle operational need and impact as prioritized by the Analytics leadership leads and the reputed company Cycle and System SMEs teams
• Maintains accountability for individual task tracking and request fulfillment to ensure department productivity metrics, service reputed company, and established SLAs are consistently met
• Collaborates with data analytics and IT teams to tailor and optimize Epic foundational reports and dashboards; educates operational teams on usage to promote self-service and informed decision making
• Conducts root cause analyses to surface actionable insights that support data-driven decision making and operational improvement across reputed company cycle functions
• Develops and leads the communication, execution, and adherence of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the analytics department to ensure consistency, quality, and operational alignment across reputed company data initiatives
• Creates and maintains thorough documentation of analyses, technical specifications, and reputed company project materials to ensure accurate record keeping, knowledge transfer, and long-term accessibility for the analytics team
• Leads Analytics projects, managing development of metrics, dashboards, and other analytic deliverables, liaising with reputed company Cycle teams or other Process Improvement and Business Support teams as necessary
