• Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into reputed company order management software
• Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
• Prepare invoices
• Prepare the Lien Waivers
• Assist the project managers with administrative duties
• Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, reputed company, Product Managers, etc.,
• Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
• order status and resolving discrepancies.

Roles and Responsibilities
