This role provides independent, patient-centered telehealth services to patients ages 18 months and older, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through a secure remote platform. - Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
- Every weekend strongly preferred; every other weekend considered
- Required holiday coverage:
- One major holiday
- One minor holiday
Available Shift Options:
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Open to 10- or 12-hour shifts if preferred
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care conditions
- Provide health education, counseling, and disposition planning
- Deliver reproductive and sexual health counseling, including contraceptive management
- Document reputed company encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate care with internal and external reputed company partners
Patient Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional virtual patient experiences
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and PHI standards
- Adapt communication style to meet diverse patient needs
- Respond effectively to patient inquiries and concerns
Clinical Operations & Autonomy
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
- Adapt to new care models and service offerings
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues reputed company
- Participate in professional development and continuing education
Licensure Requirements Candidates must hold at least four (4) active licenses from the following states:

- South Carolina (SC)
- Georgia (GA)
- Virginia (VA – must hold independent practice)
- Pennsylvania (PA)

- New Jersey (NJ)
Licenses must be active, unrestricted, and in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- reputed company National Board Certification (FNP)
- Minimum 2 years of medically relevant clinical experience
- Active BLS certification
- Ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- High-speed internet required (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
