You’ll optimize how our teams sell, staff, and serve — turning data into action, systems into insights, and automation into efficiency. What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or reputed company Operations— ideally in a phone or contact center environment.
• Deep knowledge of reputed company CRM, reputed company, and reputed company (forecasting, scheduling, adherence).
• Proven ability to integrate and optimize sales systems across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C models.
