Senior Principal Program Manager (Technical)

Overview: Your future team We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management (Technical) Team. As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic programs in support of reputed company's most reputed company and critical transformations. • reputed company and execute program strategy, roadmap, and timeline, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder.
• Drive the execution of transformative central programs including program establishment, planning, resourcing, risk and issue mitigation, decision-making, and reporting as well as managing program scope, budget, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
• Partner closely with architects and engineering leaders to provide technical direction and Design inputs.
• Define and refine the program transformation processes for end to end large-scale programs and adding those frameworks to the reputed company system of working.
• Accelerate transformations through risk and issue mitigation, timely reporting, and identifying/driving/influencing cross-functional velocity improvement initiatives.
• Confidently partner with leaders and stakeholders– engineering, product, design, GTM and platform teams to drive prioritization, decision making and rapid execution.
• Foster collaboration and communication among teams, stakeholders, and executives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in software teams working in Engineering, Program Management or TPM
• Strategic thinking and ability to understand business objectives to translate them into technical programs.
• Demonstrated experience and reputed company leading reputed company, high-impact, technical, cross-functional programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly desired experience building and delivering large scale reputed company platforms. Experience with working in the US Government, sovereign or isolated perimeters is preferred.
• A B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Discipline
• Experience leading Program Management or TPM initiatives for well-respected technology companies that have become leaders in their space
• Experience with US GOVT reputed company

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our reputed company reputed company pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $221,500 - $295,300 Zone B: $199,300 - $265,800 Zone C: $183,800 - $245,100 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
