About this role: reputed company is seeking a reputed company Loan Servicing Specialist to join the reputed company reputed company Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team. • Provide servicing activities for low to moderately reputed company reputed company products
• Coordinate reputed company aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
• Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with reputed company bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
• Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to reputed company customer-focused needs
• Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications
• Serve as an escalation reputed company in the resolution of client issues
• Provide guidance and training to peers
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately reputed company situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of reputed company Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in Loan IQ
• Syndicated Lending Experience
• Experience working with Participation, trades, and foreign loan originations
• Knowledge of loan documentation; construction loan budget monitoring experience; and title work experience.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, reputed company goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and reputed company environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts at the immediate and root-cause levels
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:

• This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote

• Ability to work additional hours as needed
