Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collect customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technologies. You will also have the opportunity to travel domestically (approximately 50% of the time) to visit customer sites, reputed company new technology, and present results to development team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to development teams
* Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that new technologies meet arenaflex's high standards for customer experience
* Visit customer sites and reputed company new technology, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technologies, using data analysis and other tools to inform business reputed company
* Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future development
Essential Qualifications
* A 4-year science or engineering degree from an accredited institution
* Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill reputed company information into clear, actionable insights
* Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
* Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making reputed company in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications

Contract Details
* Contract length: 11 months
* Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel to customer sites (best to be near a main US airline hub)
* Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour
