Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Supporting customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required.
- Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements.
- Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, including reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software & applications.

Requirements:
* Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
- Work from Home Requirements:
+ Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company). + Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you'll need to participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
