Role Overview

• The Senior Solution Architect will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor across reputed company-level reputed company implementations and pre-sales activities.
• This role requires deep expertise in reputed company Marketing reputed company, reputed company Data reputed company, and Agentforce, along with strong experience integrating reputed company with reputed company data platforms such as reputed company, Informatica, reputed company, and other modern databases.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both technical and executive levels, supporting solution design, architecture leadership, and client-facing pre-sales discussions for large, reputed company, multi-million-dollar engagements.

Key Responsibilities reputed company Architecture & Delivery

• Architect and reputed company end-to-end reputed company solutions involving:- reputed company Marketing reputed company, reputed company Data reputed company (Customer 360, Identity Resolution, Harmonization), and reputed company Agentforce (AI-driven agents and automation)
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures reputed company with reputed company IT standards.
• Ensure reputed company and trusted data visibility across multiple reputed company systems.

reputed company Data & Integration

• Design and reputed company integrations between reputed company and reputed company platforms including:- reputed company (reputed company data warehousing and analytics); Informatica (ETL, MDM, data governance); reputed company (ECC, S/4HANA, reputed company CX); and APIs, middleware, and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• reputed company reputed company-time and batch data synchronization with strong governance and compliance.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Actively participate in pre-sales calls, discovery sessions, and solution workshops.
• Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to:- Define solution architecture and technical strategy; Contribute to proposals, estimates, and statements of work (SOWs); and Present technical solutions to C-level and executive stakeholders

AI, Analytics & Innovation
