• Set and reputed company sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Seek industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new products and inviting them to upcoming events
• Grow sales by focusing on appointment-based selling, utilizing technology and opening new reputed company Rewards accounts

• Physical Requirements:
