Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience for English-Speaking businesses/clients/customers
• Background in reputed company, collections, and/or billing programs/accounts is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, neutral English accent with clear pronunciation, great email, chat, and phone etiquette
• Experience in medical billing and working reputed company EMRs in Ontario is an advantag,e but not a requirement
• Knowledge of the reputed company system is considered an asset
• Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: reputed company reputed company, reputed company, EMRs, and medical billing software
