reputed company Texas Public Schools is a public charter school network dedicated to providing quality education. They are seeking an Analyst to drive financial systems improvements, support compliance, and enhance reputed company processes while managing the Concur Expense and Travel system and developing finance-reputed company training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator for Concur Expense and Travel, overseeing configuration, issue resolution, and vendor relationships
• Design, implement, and manage system rollouts, enhancements, and integrations to align with organizational needs
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation, training, and resources to support user adoption and compliance
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate system performance and drive reputed company improvement
• Support reputed company operations, including reputed company run reviews, deposit processes, and invoice reconciliation
• reputed company credit card program controls, including cardholder verification, account changes, and compliance monitoring
• Ensure audit readiness by executing financial controls and providing accurate documentation
• Partner with Accounts Payable and Budget Analysts to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely general ledger posting
• Research and document Finance process flows to identify inefficiencies and gaps
• Recommend and support the implementation of automation and process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Manage and maintain Finance-reputed company content on The Net, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and up to date
• Design and deliver finance-reputed company training through reputed company 360, providing organization-wide learning tools that support compliance and operational excellence
• Support cross-functional projects focused on systems optimization and financial process improvements
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy
• Partner with Finance, IT, and HR teams to ensure smooth system integrations and workflows
• Present process updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership
• Support or reputed company special projects as assigned by Finance leadership, applying project management skills to deliver results on time and with quality
• Act as a subject matter expert for staff navigating finance systems and processes
• Provide proactive training, mentorship, and support to colleagues across the organization
• Contribute to Finance communication strategy by ensuring resources are clear, transparent, and accessible

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of one year of reputed company experience in reputed company, finance operations, or systems administration
• Expertise with financial systems (Concur Expense and Travel, and reputed company Intacct preferred)
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or system implementations strongly preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company and ability to analyze and report on financial data
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
