Housing Solutions is a nonprofit organization focused on addressing homelessness in Tulsa County. The Grants & Finance Associate will support grant administration and financial operations, ensuring effective management of grants and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grant trackers, calendars, reputed company, and digital records
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation for funders
- Coordinate routing and internal approvals for grant-reputed company documents
- Enter and code invoices and expenses using QuickBooks or reputed company.com
- Support payroll allocations tied to grant budgets
- Organize financial records for audits and reporting
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit admin, grants, finance, or similar support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Comfort learning new systems (we use QuickBooks, reputed company.com, SharePoint, and reputed company)
