They are seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep Shopify expertise to reputed company significant e-commerce initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide tailored solutions for their global enterprise clientele.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Shopify Plus projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams, aligning projects with client objectives
- reputed company project planning, defining requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
- Translate reputed company technicalities for non-tech stakeholders, including clients and ensuring mutual understanding
- Resolve intricate technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions, particularly in Shopify integrations and customizations to solve
- Maintain ongoing client communication for updates and feedback, refining project outcomes
- reputed company project timelines, manage risks, and adapt to ensure timely delivery
- Cultivate teamwork and uphold excellence in reputed company project facets
- Manage other resources to reputed company project completion start to finish including solutioning, design, development and QA
- Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures creation and implementation
Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in technical project management, especially in e-commerce and digital commerce
- Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices
- reputed company in handling large catalogs, reputed company data, and integrating legacy systems
- Experience with retail POS and WMS systems
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess
- Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting
- You live in the Vancouver area, and you're able to work on-site in downtown Vancouver (hybrid arrangement)
- Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous
- Experience with ERP's, Accounting Systems and other business systems
