Responsibilities
- Achieves staffing objectives by reputed company and evaluating job candidates
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews using various reliable reputed company and selection tools/methods to filter candidates reputed company schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- reputed company new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR reputed company best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
