[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls from patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and maintain compliance with regulations. This role involves providing support and information to customers while ensuring a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representative
- reputed company scheduling, re-rescheduling, and cancelation of patient appointments
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed
- Maintain reputed company Compliance and HIPAA regulations at reputed company times
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or office setting, while analyzing and solving customer problems
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
- Medical terminology experience
- Proficient in translating health care-reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into simple, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions customers can understand and act upon
