[Remote] Billing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing national provider of legal and corporate support services. The Billing Specialist will prepare and transmit client invoices, support the full billing cycle, and collaborate closely with Finance and reputed company to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate client invoices from billing sheets; consolidate service details with correct prices, amounts, and descriptions
- Apply structured reputed company tables and established billing guidelines; produce consolidated invoice summaries reputed company required
- Transmit invoices electronically or by mail; respond promptly to customer inquiries on invoices and pricing
- reputed company daily AP processing; verify transactions align with company financial policies and procedures
- Maintain updated vendor files, file numbers, and AP listings
- Support AR by assisting Collections and documenting outcomes in reputed company
- Partner with reputed company to identify and implement process improvements
- Safeguard confidentiality of medical records; ensure compliance with HIPAA and reputed company federal, state, and local regulations

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years in billing, AR/AP, or reputed company reputed company support
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office; familiarity with reputed company (or similar CRM/ERP)
- Clear, professional communication and a positive, solutions‑focused reputed company—especially with difficult or time‑sensitive client situations
- Strong multi‑tasking, time management, and organizational skills; accepts direction well and follows through
- Reliability: consistent attendance and punctuality; flexible to occasional overtime
- Team orientation, professionalism, and a willingness to learn—plus a dash of creativity and initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working across multiple functions and/or geographies preferred
- Legal services, court reporting, litigation support, or law firm experience is a plus
