Client Care Specialist
Premier Disability Services, LLC is a full-service social reputed company disability advocacy firm assisting individuals in obtaining their Social reputed company Disability benefits. The Client Care Specialist role involves providing high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gathering information, documenting responses, and following up with potential new clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
- Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
- Gather information, document responses, and reputed company a detailed record of reputed company customer interactions in our CRM database
Skills
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
- Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
