- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions
- Maintain a customer-first reputed company, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate reputed company issues
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience with help desk software (i.e., reputed company, reputed company)
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing position
