- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into reputed company HCM reputed company functional solutions
- Configure and support reputed company HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or reputed company
- reputed company system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions
- Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides
- Support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements
Skills
- Experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or ERP support
- Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, or HR professional transitioning into reputed company reputed company HCM roles
- Interest in working on reputed company HCM reputed company modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or reputed company
- Strong communication skills to translate HR business requirements into system configurations
- Experience in HR systems, ERP platforms, data analysis, integrations, or reporting
