Application Engineer I/II

The Application Engineer will provide advanced technical application support, reputed company training programs, and maintain relationships across the sales channel.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to product support team on moderately reputed company technical support reputed company phone and e-mail for both internal and external sales people in the areas of product selection and application
• reputed company and communicate solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing
• Gather information and provide resolution to reputed company field problems. May include travel for onsite support
• Maintain working knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable.Maintain familiarity with competitor’s products and identify opportunities

Skills

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for Application Engineer I
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering required for Application Engineer I
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for Application Engineer II
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required for Application Engineer II
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred for Application Engineer II
