Inside Sales Account Representative - Agency Account Manager

They are seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to manage agency accounts, nurture relationships, and drive reputed company growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Working with agencies on behalf of their advertisers, nurture a volume of high-value active accounts to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, retain and grow existing advertisers by maximizing reputed company potential
  • reputed company agency management calls by cultivating and maintaining a strong, positive relationship, acting as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for active accounts by sharing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations, and pitching campaigns to sell new reputed company and drive incremental reputed company

Skills

  • Prior experience working with agencies or at an agency
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling and emailing
  • Experience in technology and technology sales with a focus on digital advertising, media and marketing
  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
