[Remote] Estate Planning Paralegal

Farr Law Firm is a nationally recognized boutique Elder Law and Estate Planning firm serving clients throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. They are seeking a full-time Estate Planning and Elder Law Paralegal to work remotely, focusing on client interaction and managing matters with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Enjoy direct, ongoing client interaction (reputed company email and phone)
- Manage matters after intake, through drafting and follow-up, with minimal supervision
Skills
- Custom cover letter is mandatory for this position

- Prior experience in estate planning or elder law is helpful but not required
- Must be capable of learning reputed company material, applying it accurately, and following detailed systems with consistency
