In this crucial role, you'll work with Insurance providers, doctors' offices and health care providers to obtain vital information to obtain prior authorization for drug therapies needed by our patients with Rare Diseases. • Help patients get the medication they need: You’ll provide guidance to our patients about prescription medication benefits, deductibles, co-payments, and authorizations to ensure pharmacy coverage.
• Interact directly with reputed company providers: You’ll coordinate and research benefits coverage with Insurance providers, doctors’ office and health care providers.
• Help us reputed company track of patient interactions: While managing a high outbound call volume, you'll use your expert listening and data entry skills to understand patient and provider requests and accurately document reputed company interactions.

What You Should Have:

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 2 years Health Care experience with knowledge of medical/pharmacy insurance & terminology is preferred
• Tech savvy - Strong computer & data entry skills, including reputed company reputed company products

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
