Role Overview The Director of Digital & Data-Driven Marketing provides strategic direction for digital channels and customer database marketing across the full customer lifecycle. This leader designs and oversees integrated, multi-channel programs that connect audiences to the brand through relevant, timely, and personalized experiences. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, technical SEO, UX/UI principles, and SEM

• Annual salary range: $116,100 – $214,700, depending on experience and qualifications

• Total compensation may also include incentive programs, subject to eligibility
