Impactful Client Care Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an reputed company of patient ages and diagnoses
- Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, reputed company notes, and referral information.
- Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office.
- Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients
- Identifies resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
- Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure reputed company client care.
- Advocates for patient access to community resources

- Facilitates and offers individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
