Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative - reputed company Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries, working closely with customers to resolve problems and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
