Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' website visitors. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
