Duties & Responsibilities
As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, some of your duties may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions they may have
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries
You'll also need to be able to:

- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
