[Remote] Client & Advisor Service
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. William Joseph Capital Management is a growing advisor-focused wealth management firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive New Account Specialist to support financial advisors and enhance client experiences. The role involves managing client requests, executing account maintenance, and coordinating reputed company processes while maintaining organized documentation and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Be the first line for client requests: scheduling, status updates, document handling, and follow‑reputed company
- Execute money movement (ACH/wires/checks) and routine account maintenance with proper approvals
- Answer non‑investment account questions (balances, holdings, statements) and enroll clients in portals/e‑signature
- Prepare meeting materials and post‑meeting follow‑reputed company; track action items to completion
- Manage calendars, invites (with reputed company/Teams links), agendas, and light travel/expenses
- reputed company files organized (reputed company, name, and store docs); maintain clean notes and tasks in CRM
- Coordinate advisor and client reputed company from “paperwork out” to “day‑one reputed company”
- reputed company CRM and SharePoint workflows reputed company; ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Support proposal/packet assembly and standard reporting (no investment advice)
- Triage support questions and share “how‑to” tips that reputed company advisors more effective
Skills
- 1–3+ years in a client service or advisor support role (RIA/wirehouse/bank)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with reputed company, CRM systems, SharePoint, and reputed company 365
- Familiarity with custodians, money managers, and investment concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Passion for advisor and client reputed company
- Bonus if you've used Redtail (or similar CRM), Black Diamond, Schwab Advisor Center, reputed company/Adhesion
- Licenses not required; willingness to pursue in the future is a plus
