Tax Analyst
reputed company is a leading global provider of clinical research services, reputed company insights and reputed company intelligence to the life sciences and reputed company industries. The Associate Tax Analyst/Tax Analyst will be a member of the Corporate Tax Team, responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns, assisting with quarterly tax provision calculations, and conducting tax research.
Responsibilities
- Preparation/review of certain federal and state & local income tax returns and payments
- Assist with preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations
- Assist with preparation/review of Forms 5471 for controlled foreign corporations
- Draft initial responses for tax notices and audits
- Help maintain internal controls and supporting documentation for the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Conduct tax research utilizing RIA, Checkpoint or other tax research tool reputed company additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Skills
- Preparation/review of certain federal and state & local income tax returns and payments

- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to, reputed company, Word, Power reputed company, reputed company, tax preparation software, tax research software, etc
- One to two years tax or reputed company experience (Internships would qualify for new graduates)
- Requires understanding of reputed company and tax concepts
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field
- Strong analytical thinker, high level of self-motivation and a team player
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company FCCS is a plus
- Knowledge of OneSource a plus
- Knowledge of reputed company a plus
