Job Summary As a Part-Time Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing patient enrollment, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per shift, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Dallas, USA. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Process patient enrollment by entering data into our system, handling patient medication requests, and resolving issues in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Handle high-volume client requests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize arenaflex solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests. Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-reputed company exceptions. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support. Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed. Obtain and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment and maintain it throughout your tenure with the company.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Basic computer skills, including the ability to start and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and access data online.
