As a Virtual Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate virtual patient registration in a virtual setting. Responsibilities
- Greet every patient promptly through the Virtual Registration Assistant.
- Interview patients to obtain account information, verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
- Maintain a professional image through appearance and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
- Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
- Ensure that reputed company necessary signatures are obtained for treatments.
- Answer any questions and explain policies clearly.
- Process patient charts according to virtual flow needs and established productivity standard.
- Work with physician offices and ancillary departments, providing information reputed company necessary and forwarding relevant documents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
