Job Summary

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and healthcare services. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to patients and reputed company. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and problem-solving will be essential in driving our mission reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and providing accurate information to patients and reputed company

  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes to enter patient and medication data into our systems
  • Handle patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
  • Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settle reputed company information entry-reputed company exceptions
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED
