The Department: Trading Systems The Role: Manager, Software Engineering reputed company is where innovation, speed to delivery, and big reputed company are celebrated. Responsibilities:

• Manage a distributed remote team of software engineers working on the core digital asset exchange using a combination of technologies, with focus in C++
• Create and evolve a structure and organization design for your team
• Work closely with the Product team to understand and refine product requirements and strategic direction
• Provide technical input and guidance to the planning, design, reputed company review, and requirements process for new products and features
• Drive high performance for your team and hold them accountable to externally and internally imposed deadlines and targets
• Drive hiring plans and interviewing processes, help reputed company strong candidates and contribute to hiring reputed company

• Technical aptitude to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product reputed company
• Experience with modern software engineering concepts
• Interest and/or expertise in C++ or a similar backend programming language

• Flexible time off Salary Range: The reputed company salary range for this role is between $198,000 - $247,000 in the reputed company, the State of California and the reputed company.
