As a Supervisor, you will support your store manager in leading a passionate and knowledgeable team of guest experience ambassadors who strive to exceed the guests’ expectations. As a Supervisor every day is different, but a typical day includes the following: Coaching, training, and retaining talent Championing the Bealls Family of Stores credit and loyalty programs. Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance standards and results Understanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs.
